A workshop designed to cultivate creativity and mindfulness in the process of recovery from grief, trauma, or addiction. We use writing exercises to uncover, discover, and discard old wounds as well as to create positive attitudes, present awareness, and future goals. We also play with fiction and poetry, and use visual arts as inspiration. Group leader has her masters in creative writing.

As a hypnotherapist I found that changing human Behavior is not always the solution; that deeply held Beliefs and Anger must be approached by other means. In my behavioral studies I found that all mammals (including humans) have a brain that was not discovered until 1975; called the Vagal Enteric Brain.
